Description:	I want a flash new ticker to be formed which would scroll the news which i enter in a txt file. This means, that a flash ticker would be formed in flash and placed on my website. A seperate txt file should be formed, where i can enter about 10 news, and that would scroll in a particular manner, and would also have links to each news. Whenever a person clicks on a news, then he is re-directed to another page where the full details are given. So the txt file needs to have links also which i would mention.
