Description:

I would like to invite offers to create a new flash website as detailed below.
Artistic and creative input regarding layouts and animations will be expected
and appreciated.
New flash web site:
Navigable in IE, Safari (OSX), Windows Mobile.
Blue/white color coordinated with logo (will be supplied) and with Birdman font
in blues for titles and menus, and Times new Roman in black for all other text
on a white background.
Flash animation intro leading to:
Home page with company logo (Supplied), header and body text tbc
Animated menu tabs for:
“About”
“News”
“Services”
“Resources”
“Contacts”
Photographic negative film strip style background on right hand side of home
page featuring 5 x small black and white images with short text title below
image and between the frames. On mouseover each image changes to full color.
Images and linked title texts to be loaded at random on page reload from image
library (images supplied). Image library will increase in time and new images
need to be included in random selection once added. Filmstrip possibly needs to
fade to white at top and bottom.
“About” animates to reveal text tbc
“News” animates to reveal text tbc
“Services” animates to reveal sub menu of:
“Programming”
“Design”
“Content”
“Drawing”
“Programming” animates to reveal text tbc
“Design” animates to reveal text tbc
“Content” animates to reveal text tbc
“Drawing” animates to reveal text tbc
“Resources” animates to reveal list of images (supplied) each with a name in
bold and description:
“Image 1” - “Name 1” - Description text
“Image 2” – “Name 2” - Description text
“Image 3” – “Name 3” - Description text
“Image 4” – “Name 4” - Description text
“Image 5” – “Name 5” - Description text
“Image 6” – “Name 6” - Description text
“Contacts” animates to reveal text tbc
An icon needs to be placed on the address bar next to the http:// and stored
with the favourites also.
The website needs to be user editable, upgradeable and manageable. No other
company name or advertising to be allowed on finished website.
