Payment Terms: 1)Payments will be made after the work is done. 2)When I see the demo of the site I will escrow 10 percent payment and when I get the work I will pay 70% there after 20% will be paid upon the completion of test of the website. This means 20 percent will be paid after at least 90 days.(Which I consider a full test run) Do not bid on this project if you dont agree to the payment terms.
