The following list is things that I want, but not limited to only these as I will come up with details in the next few days/weeks Contact Information(catagorizable- customer, prospect, vendor, etc) has to include fields for home information, loan information, etc. Daily workplan- Showing due, past due, etc. Acitvity Log- Show all contact with contact(calls, email, letter,etc) Ability to import CSV Data Ability to email from tool, relating to contact, email templates, and mass mail Document manager with mail merge Ability to receive secure financial information via public site ability to recieve xml lead info from sources with above create prospect and assign to consultant Access levels: All Admin, Manager, Consultant, Customer to see status of loan Back side: Sold Loan Information including consultant commission, loan details, bank, etc. Reports: consulant activites, sold report, etc. This is the basics of what I am looking for. I am looking for a tech partner to be in this for the long haul. Payment will be based on actions: want to make sure you can accomplish my vision and we see things the same way.
