Description:

I currently run a money matrix site. I want to redesign the site from the inside
out.
I've been using MySQL but would rather change to a more stable and dependable
database if possible.
Also transfer my current database over because right now it's so messed up I'm
manually cycling the names.
I know MS SQL is more stable but if you can supply a MySQL database that can
handle the pressure of a lot of people purchasing shares, I'd have no problem
with that. Even if it was Access or Excel, as long as it's stable and I don't
have to call you everyday.
I have some features I'd like to add and some I'd like to remove from the
current site to make it my own personal site.
Other sites like it are:

Do you think you can reproduce this script with some changes? My site is similar
but not as advanced as these. There will be some other changes that I will
discuss in detail at a later date.
When done, I want full ownership of the script, no one else is allowed to resell
it but me.
I would like this to be done in less than a week if possible.
Also, let me know if there are any additional things that I will need like
Windows Server, etc.
I'll tell you now, I can be very picky and like to know everything that's going
on.
Please don't bid if you THINK you can do it, bid if you KNOW you can do it. Not
looking to break the bank here either, I have a site already and I could just
get someone to fix it up but I'd rather do something all new.
