Description:

We require a Clone of the seek.com.au website, including full job/application
database function for an online recruitment agency.
The Website should enable:
Job seekers to store cv and personal details in an account using web forms which
They will need to be able to attach their CV to applications and carry out
maintenance of their account.
Companies should be able to have an account from which they can post jobs, store
details, pay for and manage job advertising credits issued by the administrator.
Companies to plac hot jobs using credits and standard jobs for free
Database needs to be able to send auto emails to users with- account info on
joining, newsletters, job alerts that match user criteria etc
The jobs page should be automatically updated by the users from the datasbase,
posting jobs should only be allowed by users with credits in their account

Newsletters will be generated by the administrator using the site and and sent
via the site database.
Web content must be updated automatically from the database, eg open job lists,
available candidates details etc
Database should be able to match criteria of clients role against available
candidates and automatically send job details to candidates
Searchable on number of new candidates, candidates crtieria,
Administrator rights need to be setup to remove permissions for certain users,
delete jobs, accounts etc
Administration of the web content must be as simple as possible so non
programmers can update the content with relatively cheap software.
