Description:

For my second project this month, I'm looking for a script that will allow users
to sign up and upload images to a portfolio. Once in the portfolio, the user can
submit their entry into a ladder competition where a winner is automatically
selected each Week, Bi-Week (Every 2 Weeks), Month, Quarter, Bi-Annual (Every 6
Months), and Annual period based on Votes. Each competitor is pitted against
another competitor with similar votes.
Competitors sign up and choose to be broken into one of 4 segments [Beginner,
Amateur, Semi-Pro, Professional] and geographic location if they wish to be in a
local, state, national, or world competition. Additionally, the Admin should
have the ability to configure the competitions such as who is in a competition,
scope [number of competitors, location, experience, etc]
This should be done in ASP with ACCESS as the initial DB and SQL/MySQL as the
eventual back-end.
100% ownership will be given to me upon completion.
