I need a program that will create an IDX (internet data exchange) system. this
allows viewers of a real estate web site to view all the listings on the local
mls system. all the contact info goes to the subscriber. This program will allow
the agent or agency to utilize their time more effectivly by only having to
upload their listings only once, to their local mls and the listings will pullup
automatically on their site.
I will have to have full ownership and all coding will reflect me as the owner.
I will require ongoing support and updating.

Everyone is axious to help but no one has done this before. If you hvae not ever
done this, it is apparent you do not understand what I am attempting to do. I
need a control panel, I need several things. If you don not know what the term
IDX means, then you are not for this job. Please do not respond if you do not
understand the term IDX. Only those who have created this IDX database need
apply. No one else. Final word. I dont have the time to be wasted by fruitless
claims.
