Description:
We need a website that is similar to www.hotornot.com, but with TWO
MODIFICATIONS! This site will NOT be for everybody, and will ONLY feature
pictures of professors and students. Everything should be left the same, the
exceptions are as follows:

1. Hotornot.com has been catagorized into a. Men/Women and b. Age, we need that
MODIFIED and be made catagorized into: a. Professor/Student, b. Male/Female, and
c. University name.

2. Hotornot.com has a 1-10 rating scale, we need that to be MODIFIED and be
made into a "grading rating scale". Example, A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-,
D+, D, D-. F.

With the two modifications above, everything else should be just like
www.hotornot.com.

A listing of USA and Canadian universities can be obtained from
www.ratemyprofessors.com or www.ratetheteacher.com.

Budget is tight, so please keep to a minimum.
