The purpose of this website is for a Hotel Room Booking engine A modern design style, layout and color scheme needs to be created. A new logo will be need to be created. The site will need to have all functions needed for new hotels to apply, existing hotel owners to manage availability, fully automated reporting functions for both the hotelier and admin to apply commission charges and process payments. Customers will need to be able to search availability by country, location and or hotel name whilst the reservation of rooms need to be confirmed by credit card transaction therefore gateway code needs to be implemented. SSL certificate will be provided but needs to be implemented in the code. Admin section needs to contain the following. Extensive usage stats (For members, hotel owners, users) * Recent stats for rooms posted today, yesterday and in last 7 days * Similar stats are available for hotel sign ups, rooms booked for the day/month/week * Add / edit / remove categories/rooms. * Implement a rating systems for rooms/hotels that is defined. * Switch ON-OFF email verification process * Configure all outgoing emails * Cleanup routines * Configure fees/rates from hotels - percentage figure to calculation * View all billing transactions (commisions and booking fees) * Add/edit/remove transactions * Location management console to add/edit/remove locations for which hotels can be posted * Manage premium hotels * Approve logos for premium employers * View/Edit/Delete Hotel Members * Search members * Search/edit/delete/approve hotels/offers * Email Subscribers individually or collectively * Search subscribers * Visitor feedback section * Sponsored ad management * Support for banner ads, text ads and affiliate ads * Admin can Add/Edit/Delete/Approve/Disapprove any ad * Support for running google àdwords * Management of promotional discount codes/coupons * Show IP addresses for every payment made I need the exact time frame for this project and the price needs to be stipulated clearly.
