Similar to DayPoint. This site is to consist of a number of modules. Summary Calendar Contacts Filemanager Timesheets To Do List Ticket System Equipment Site management Service Providers Knowlegdebase Search eForm eForm: This module is mostly of sites to be able to request works to be done within there site. An example that a user to enter in the system would be; Site id, site name, Region number, Group request (Drop down list (eg, IT, ASP, Cleaning), equipment name (Drop Down List), Equipment/Area (Drop down list), Repair/request description. Once the user has submitted a request to be give a eForm ID number for futuretracking purposes. Ticket System: This module is for a group of users to be able to log a workorder mostly for emergency reasons. This module is to have mostly the following; Auto job number generator, Contact name, Site ID (To bring up store name, address, contact number of site, automaticly), equipment code (To bring up Service Providers details such as Company name, vendor number, Business / afterhours numbers) and Priority Number (From 0 - 5). Calendar: This module is for all users to have with the ability to view certian groups calendars also. A major part would be for one group for an example is to have Response Centre staff to view a Service Providers calendar to see when a Technician is scheduled for a certian site. The calendar is to be able to be search able by date, workorder number or other. This moulde is to have a set template for users to enter data on the template, for example, a service provider to use a template to enter Workorder number and site id and allocate it against a time and date. Search: This module is to be top right of the intranet/groupware for users to search what they require. The search funtion is for users to enter a store name or store id number, equipment name or equipement code, plus users to seach keywords on procedures/guides and contacts. Summary: This module is displayed differently depending on what group logs in. For an example, a user logs in and a manager has posted a Site update or Service Provider update, or to alert users of a planned systems outage etc. Site management: This module is to contain details regarding a site with the following; Managers name, Regional Maintenance Co-Ordinator (With Phone number), Loss Provention manager,(With Phone number), Trading hours, Region number, Date opened, trading floor size (SQ2), Warranty Status (With date ending), Refit status (with date), Generator (Yes/No), Refrigeration Generator (Yes/No). Other informaiton required are what service providers take care of this site with informaiton displayed like a excel style view with service providers name, equipement name and code and other information. Equipment: This module is to contain details regarding what Equipments we look after. Details regarding equipment are to contain the following; Name of item, also known as, location of this item on site, Equipment code, Priority, Specialist (Which Specialist looks after this), Description/Details, Photo of equipment, Major Failures (List form), General fault Questions. Preventitave maintenance details. Email: This module is for users to email with qouta limits. Contacts: This module is for all users to access with details as follows; First name, Surname, email address, office number, mobile number, photo. This module is to have the ability to list by groups such as Loss Prevention or Regional Managers, etc. Timesheet: This module will be against mostly one paticular group for them to submit every friday and to the ability to save for records for later uses, email to a person and to be able to print. Service Providers: This module is to display information for users to look up and to grab details regarding there services with the following; Business Name, Vendor number, COntact details (Business hours/After hours), services provided.Other informaiton required are what Stores they take care of with informaiton displayed like a excel style view with what equipment they look after etc and other information. Filemanager: This module is for most users to have with qouta limits. This module is so that the user can upload saved excel, PDF's, Doc's and other type of files with icons to display what type of files they are. Knowledgebase: This module is for a group of users to use as a procedure / guide point of reference, for example, procedures to follow when a site is experience a power outage.
