Global Family & Friends - GFF

Purpose: Charitable service to reach out to those living in poverty
worldwide,While offering incentives to benefactors to continue contributing.

Features:

1) Affiliate like organization

- Each member will have an affiliate page,

- Back office page (members' area) for downline
statistics,

- Page to viewing commissions,

- Change profile page,

- Invitation tool page that is linked to an unlimited
auto responder,

- Shopping cat page with paypal, stormpay, ebulion &
credit card processing

for ordering leads, business cards and newspaper
campaigns

- Promotions page that shows:

* Referral Url

* Lead Capture pages

This briefly introduces the purpose of GFF & will
have links pointing to:

- Flash presentation that explains the one up -

- Testimonial page with audio and picture uploading
feature by admin.

- Join now link pointing to a shopping cart form
that carries 7 days free trial, process paypal,
stormpay, and ebullion

3) Compensation plan explained:

4) Website text and autoresponder messages will be
provided....

5) provide a very comprehensive backend admin where I can
manage the items for sale, the members, the commisions
and the pages of each member and also be able to
manage the contents of most of the pages from the
admin control panel..

6) WebPages must be search engine ready

7) A forum page and

8) suggestions to effectively market the site.


- This affiliate program must have a Template based page generator to create a
new page for each member. i.e. each member can have a custom page.

- Link Exhange script so that I can exchange links with other webmasters. This
will help get a better google ranking and other search engines.

The delivery should include includes:
-Source Code
-Installation on your server
-Support for at least 90 days
-Submission of the website to top 10 search engines
-Search Engine Optimization of all the pages so that they
rank higher on search engines
