Sorry, I posted this earlier but somehow deleted it. This is a low budget gig.
Written content will be provided. You will be responsible for all the rest
(including graphics). Lookwise, I would like something on the line of
www.sell.com
I need a website created very similar to www.getafreelancer.com
There will be some differences, but the overall functionality of the website
should be just like the www.getafreelancer.com website.
Prospective clients will have to register, and so will service providers.
I will need to have a payment system set up so that providers will have to
provide their credit card informations when signing up, and they will
automatically be charged each month for their balance account (like ebay payment
process....once a month the system charges your client card).
For the rest, it will pretty much act like www.getafreelancer.com, and have
roughly the same features.
The project will start within 10-20 day after the right provider is chosen.
Provide bid, portfolio of similar sites, and timeline for delivery.
