This game will have to include,NFL Pro football,Pro Basketball,Pro Base Ball,College Football. (1) Website will consist of numerous levels of buyins. $1.00, $2.00, $5.00, $10.00, $20.00, $25.00, $50.00, $100.00 Dollars. (a) Buyins will automatically be charged 10% of every entry fee to the house. Which can be refunded only by the company. (b) All Members will get a stats sheet that shows their scores, their positions, That particular leagues rules and show what their potential prize is. Some leagues may want to have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize. others may want a winner take all format. etc. I would like them to be able to simply be able to click a box next to a rule they like and have it automatically be incorporated for them like in yahoo football leagues. (c) Game must be able to accept paypal or credit cards. All wins will be paid by paypal. All paypal accounts must be verified paypal accounts only. All credit cards will further be charged applicable credit card fees. (d) All wins will automatically be paid 5 days at end of season automatically. Post a note to state that this is to allow for any dispute resolving. (e) I would also like to have the scores of the last game to be able to have people use the closest score as a tie breaker If both players score and guess the same then the money will be split evenly. (2) Limited number of buyins per league which can only be set by me. But also the ability for individual groups that are private to be able to start their own pools and set the parameters of name of league and the password to enter it. (3) All leagues must automatically get a number from the system when it is opened so people can goto that league. (4) There must be a system like on yahoo football where a member can personalize his personal sheet and post an avatar with a no porn allowed warning. It must allow for the person to be able to push a button and have the link ask where would you like to obtain your picture from. Computer,scanner etc. "The Game" (1) It will be a game where players pick the winners of each football game during any given weeks play. All victories equal +1 point. (2) Each player during every week will have too pick one team as their "lock" team. Meaning that this one game if won will award the player with +2 points. If the lock team losses then it will cost that player -2 Points. The lock is the only pick that can cost a player points. I would like the managers to be able to adjust this number from -2 upto -4 depending on what they like. They can only pick the same team once per season as their lock team. They cannot continue to use the same teams over and over again. Only once per season. (3) I would also like to have a section for people to be able to pick the seasons winners of divisions. The computer generator must be able to generate a league by itself that will form a complete league when every team in the division has been picked and no more combinations of that division are possible. So basically only different picks will be able to join that league that are all in the same division. This buyin will only have three prices. $25.00, $50.00, & $100.00 dollars. (4) I would like a top 50 list of all the highest scores to be posted automatically on the front page. That updates automatically each week. And will show the persons name and their score. (5) I will also need a way for people to be able to contact the company with any concerns. All will be via e-mail. (6) I would also like to have a chat board for each league to be able to post messages to each other and show current leaders in that league. And also would like to have a main chat board for all registered members. (7) A member must register to become a member. This will include his name,address,Phone number and area code. City & Satate and zip code. On this sheet he will have to pick a "id" name and the system must "not allow" for two players to be able to have the same ID. (8) I will need to have a screen where I can enter the games to be played, example who against who. For that week. I would like a template that already say week one, week two etc. And I would like this to be a check box picking format that when two teams are clicked the enter button needs to be pressed to post those two teams.
