organization. We are looking for well disciplined & dedicated programmers to fill these positions. You can work from home or anywhere as long as you can collaborate online & be online at the times we agree to. Good english skills are a plus, but not required. We need people that can code quickly & efficiently. We are looking for "medium to expert" level programmers. You must have 2+ years experience preferably 5+ years. We speak english & only english. We must be able to communicate with you via messengers, email and possibly phone. This is a great position for freelancers that want a steady fulltime job. Our scope of work includes but is not limited to: PHP/MySQL programming in LAMP environments ASP/MSSQL programming in windows environments Graphic design creating & utilizing Flash & PSD's Some Python & heavy scripting Ideally someone that knows PHP/MySql will be the best candiates. Some ASP/MSSQL & graphic design would be nice but not required. Most important is PHP/MySQL development on live server environments. You will be handed projects which you will complete on a daily or weekly basis - depending how big each project is. You will have to report daily to a ticket system & note the progress of the work, what you worked on & what you did. Great opportunity for a long lasting fulltime career. We would like to "test" the candidates that apply, therefore we will be paying in the following manner: Week 1 pay = $0 Week 2 pay = 1 full week's pay Week 3 pay = 1 full week's pay Week 4 pay = 2 full week's pay If everything goes well, you may choose to be paid for the next month in advance or weekly in advance. We are very flexible with times, pay and english communication. Please attach a resume or education credentials if you have any. The reason why we would like to test the candidates is to place you in a proper team with programmers working in the similar technologies you are experienced in. If you work quickly & professionally, the first week's pay will be paid immediately & every week or month thereafter in advance.
