Description:	Free website hosting script. I've got a Windows Server Standard machine that also has Plesk 7.5 on it. The creation utilities are there, and they work correctly. the problem is, I need a super simple sign up form. the easier the better. Then I need a hand full of templates (political sites) they can use. These can be hacked nuke sites, or any other cms. the key is i need to let them edit their files using a WYSIWYG editor. If this is a cms it's going to also need a database created and configured. So i'm thinking a flat template set would be easiest. it's critical that this is almost ridiculously stupid it's so easy to operate, and there has to be some decent looking templates they can choose from.
