Description:	Hello. I want a site like HotMail where I can offer free email accounts to people. Like theirname[at]mysite.com. I also want an admin panel where I can set space limit. Like if I want to offer 50 MB space for emails or whatever. This also should be able to be increased at any time. I want a complete site including a design for it. It doesn't have to be a fancy design just something basic. Also I would like a banner rotator system at the top. The banners should be able to be added, deleted, edited from the admin panel. And have the option to enter the amount of impressions. If possible I would like a space somewhere on the site where google ads can be placed.
