1) We need '6 x page designs' for an online quoting form. We're after 6 different corporate designs for a standard HTML quoting webform. Each design must also include a "success" page design that the form script redirects to afterward. 2) We also need '6 x News-Letter HTML Templates'. The News-Letter templates are to match each of the quoting forms designs. All must be optomized for e-mail & pass Spam Mail-filters where ever posible. SCOPE: We are looking for a smart clean professional look. All designs are to be optomized for the web. We do not want any copyright violated material. Deliverables: HTML PAGES Graphics - JPEG's, PSD, Giffs etc WE will add the content to the website. YOU are only required to Create the Page designs and Layout. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THESE TERMS BEFORE ACCEPTING THIS JOB: · YOU MUST show us existing live website examples to be considered. · YOU MUST Provide 10 different design layouts to select the 6 from. · YOU MUST BE PROFESSIONAL and have proven skills in the above requirements · Designs must be Ready to view in 2 weeks (10 working days) · MUST have Fast response to our e-mail communication. Same day/next day at the latest. (Excluding weekends). · You must agree to carry out all work within the agreed time frames. Late delivery without a Valid reason will incur a penalty on payment.
