project I am requesting, or if something wasnt clear in the description. What I am looking for, is a Forced MLM Matrix Script/Program, that is able to allow Free and Paid members to sign up. The pay schedule would be different for the Paid Members, and Free Members, and the Free Members must also beable to upgrade their account if they wish. The Admin Area must beable to: * Customize Forced Matrix Structure - Width and Depth for the members * Add, edit, suspend, delete, upgrade, and view all members * Search all members and commissions * Set commissions on % of membership price, will be different percentages and levels deep depending on either Free, or Paid Membership * Add, edit, delete commissions, and beable to pay bonuses to certain members * Add, edit, delete email templates - new downline member signup email, new commission email, password reminder email, welcome email notification * Must beable to set website, membership, and program preferences * Send mass emails to all members * Beable to view statistics * Beable to shift/restack downline - if a members gets deleted due to cancellation * Ability to download report/list, that gives commissions, username, first last name of member, mailing address, etc.. Members Login: * Setup like the members area at coolcash: http://www.ajsquare.com/coolcash/login.php Username: demo Password: demo * Can send email to referrals * Can edit member details * Can view statistics * Can view commissions earned * Can view current downline with member status - Free, Paid, Suspended * View their Unique Affiliate URL * Access to Banners with Unique URL Code listed so they can copy and paste Membership Signup Form Include: * Username * Password * First, Last, Middle Name * Address * Address 2 * City * State * Country * ZipCode * Email Address * Paypal Email Address * Phone * Fax * Commission Payment Type - either via Paypal, Check * Minimum Payout - $1,2,3,4,5,10,20,25,50 A Person would come to the site, if interested, choose to signup as a member. Can choose either Free Member, or Paid member - paid member must pay via paypal for membership fee. Member will fill out the Membership Signup Form (peferablly after payment is made for paid members- not really sure right now how it would work). After signup form sent, New Member will receive Welcome Message to email address, with Login Info, and personalized URL, and welcome message. The New Members Sponsor would receive an email notification of new affiliate signup, and if new signup is a paid member, a New Commission Notification email. The paid members and free members would all be in one downline, with separate pay schedules/charts, and free members the option to upgrade, stay in their downline position, and receive new pay schedule/chart. An example of the pay chart for Paid Members: Level 1 10% Level 2 6% Level 3-7 3% Level 8 6% Level 9 25% An example of the free pay chart for Free Members: Level 1 25% Level 2 15% Level 3-9 0% The membership Price would be a Yearly Fee of $5.95 that I would Like to be setup throught Paypal, and Instant Affiliate Verification of payment received instead of me manually approving that members paid and award commissions to the upline.
