www.wildform.com I need someone who will work with me to develope a webased video encoding system member management system and user interface to meet my specifications. It is best if you have some experience with this system. Leave A PMB so we can discuss your qualifications. If you do not leave PMB you will not be chosen. 1. You will build and install working system on my server. 2. I retain 100% ownership of the source code including but not limited to distribution, derivative works, designs, and so forth. 3. You may NOT use the source code for any other project. 4. You will work quickly to meet the project deadline. 5. You agree to help beta test and debug the software untill it works as well as the program we are cloning. 6. You will provide documentation and any other technical support needed to ensure the software is fully understood and easy to use. I purchased flix engine for this project so most of the work is done. We will just be implimenting it on my server and developing it to meet my specifications. I have the documentation for this project as well.
