The script will be used run a Fishing Buddies web site. The concept is very similar to that of a dating site. Users of the site will be able to Add, Modify and Delete their own online profile. Their profile will allow for the uploading of a maximum of 25 images. Users of the system will be able to search for other "fishing buddies" based on location, interest, targeted species (fish) and just about any other data input field. The site should have all the functions of a dating site including instant messaging, mail, favorites, who's online etc. The site should also provide for "blog-type" entries for the users "fishing trips". The general public will be able to search, browse and view all profiles but in order to communicate with other users, they must register. Being a member of the site will be free but I would like a feature that allows them to "donate" funds for the running of the site. Donating to the site would allow for the display of a "graphic" that denotes that the user "supports" the site. There should be a feature whereby users can "invite" their friends to view their profiles. Again, the site will run very similar to a dating site, but the twist is that it's all about finding "buddies" who share the same interest of fishing. If they so happen to communicate with one another and subsequently join each other on a fishing outting, then so much the better.
