Description:	Either create or modify existing scripts for uploading files to a website. Can supply scripts found at HotScripts for slight modification or write your own. Only code is needed, no design. See attached file for upload form inputs. All of the form info can be saved in a txt file with the same name as the file that is uploaded. There has to be an upload meter. Upon successful upload, an option to send up to 3 emails can be used (one to uploader, 2 to other recipients). We can supply exact upload script written in php if you wish. For file viewer we want something like http://www.gleamtech.com/products/wexlite.asp that can be incorporated into any site.
