Description:
Looking to have a instant messaging program created that has the look, feel and
flow of the (www.everythingoverip.com) version. Would like to have it
intergrated into existing website with one exception, I want to display a video
upon launch of application within the IM window and have a exchange of various
ad logos displayed continully while the program is in use. Please take into
account that I would like to have all the features and functions of(Eoip). Also
would like to have my brand logo displayed within or around the IM window. This
must be made available for all users that subscribe to my site. I must retain
all rights to the program and its usage or distribution. The site if need be
can be retro-fited to accommadate the program. Would also like to have added to
the exsiting website a video upload program. Site and all other information
will be provided upon exceptance of bid. Please be fluent in english both
spoken and written form. Be frank about your criticisms upon viewing website and
project over all, I will not take it personal. Looking for end result. PMB me
