Client needs attractive entertainment based web site where the user has to register and can join newsletter, view gallery, and have benefits to parties and audio-video downloads. B. SCOPE OF WORK The system is to be developed from scratch, which includes the following modules as mentioned below. The proposed system contains following modules: 1) User 2) Admin This "USER" module will have following pages 1. Main page 2. Registration 3. News/Press 4. Appearances 5. Downloads 6. Online Store 7. Team 8. Artists 9. Services 10. Recordings 11. Enquiries 12. Contact 13. Licensing 14. Gallery 15. Affiliates MAIN PAGE Main Page will be having following contents: 1) Top will be a flash banner with a login form, from where user can enter into the site and join the newsletter, view gallery, and have benefits to parties. 2) Below the banner will be all the links. If the links have multiple options it should have a drop down option displaying the sub link under the respective links. 3) Below the links should be a banner split into 3 frames (boxes). a. Box 1 – Featured Event b. Box 2 – Featured Track c. Box 3 – Featured Artist The details of the above will be displayed based on the data entered from the admin panel 4) Below the boxes should be a news section and on the right should be a classified section and sponsor section. Classified section should be able to be modified by the respective user and the user should to be able to add ads and sell items. Will also contain following links - Registration - News/Press - Appearances - Downloads - Online Store - Team - Artists - Services - Recordings - Enquiries - Contact - Licensing - Gallery - Affiliates REGISTRATION PAGE Registration page will allow the user to register. This page will be containing following details First Name Last Name DOB Username Password Email Address Location NEWS/PRESS PAGE News/Press Will be having sub link a) Archive – will display the news that are achieved while adding the new news, in the main Page section APPEARANCE Will be having sub links as: a. USA Appearances by artists across the United States. b. INTERNATIONAL Appearances by artists across the World. DOWNLOADS Will be having sub link a. Audio Listen to audio samples b. Video View video samples of various Blazin Beats productions c. Wallpapers Download wallpaper. d. Press Kits Download the Press Kits which will be zip files TEAM This allows the DJ’s to upload the pictures max upto 6 out of which, one (1) will be enlarged and 5 will be displayed as thumbnail. The DJ’s can change the picture. There will be small info section where DJ’s can put the details about themselves. Below the picture and info section there will be listing the events the respective DJ’s will be performing at ARTISTS This allows the DJ’s to upload the pictures max upto 6 out of which one 1 will be enlarged and 5 will be displayed as thumbnail.
