can add users who can then login and use there email list. The various users can then manage there email list from that application. I would like to be able to give my clients a URL where the client can log in once I have set up a login for them. Something like listbot.com http://www.microsoft.com/smallbusiness/products/online/lb/plans.mspx But only I will be able to create/delete login accounts for my users. Once a user has been created, that user can then login and manage there email list. there will be more that one user. the user will need to be able to send in HTML and plain text and allow for auto subscribe and unsubscribe. I am sure there is something already out there that can do this. I can use PHP, .net, asp or cold fusion for this application Your job will be to install it onto one of my servers.
