Description:	We'd like to create a custom application that will use an SQL server or similar database backend and web application front-end for timesheet/expense entry and project cost tracking. This is for a small company of between 50-100 users. A requirements spec. is being developed and we will be putting this out to bid starting in January next year (2005). I would like a local developer. Application developer will probably need to have signification skill with SQL databases, ASP, HTML, and javascript.
