Description:	I have a product that, when purchased, includes a territory. I need a custom shopping cart solution that would have a product option that was US and Canadian cities. When a customer purchased an item, that city would disappear from the list for all other customers for a 14 month period. After 11 months, a weekly email campaign would begin to the customer asking them to renew. After 14 months, if it hasn't been renewed, the city option would then become available. The customers would need an admin area that listed their orders, made re-orders easy and included their "territory" with how much longer they owned it for.
