It stores the data in an MS Access database.
I need this ported to PHP/mySQL, and it will be used within a Wordpress site
(http://www.insuranceclaimhelp.org).
I need a system that has all the same functions as the ASP version. This
includes, but is not limited to:
Ratings must be approved by me before they are posted, and I must have the
ability to edit the ratings. Ratings are made by visitors who must check a box
saying they have actually had a claim involving the entity rated.
You can make this as a plugin accessed by the backend of Wordpress, or you can
make it have its own separate backend. Being accessible from WP backend would be
a plus.
As you can see in the application, ratings are in 5 categories: adjusters, body
shops, contractors, attorneys and insurers. The visitor must give the location
of the entity rated (city, state and country) and they will be in alphabetical
order. The ratings must also be "searchable". So for example a
visitor could see a list of all the adjusters for State Farm Insurance in
Nashville, Tennessee, for the purpose of finding one with a good rating to
handle the visitor's claim.
As for the design, you can use the Wordpress theme of insuranceclaimhelp.org.
The front end of the application must be incorporated into the Wordpress blog,
it can be on a static page there.
If you know of any existing Wordpress plugins that will help with this task, I
am open to building on those.
