Overture. The description below is rather vague, however if you are capable of building a clone like Adsense then you are a candidate for my project. This website will incorporate almost all basic features of Adsense and Overture in regards to the context advertising side of these services. This means the site will not require a search based advertising system, only a content based advertising system. The actual requirements of this project will closely mimic those of Adsense and Overture. In order to complete this project you must have the skills necessary to build a complete clone of Adsense or Overture. Some of the key aspects are: -separate advertiser and publisher account sign ups -separate advertiser and publisher accounts -integration with payment processor for auto account funding -ability to very quickly send the appropriate ads to the appropriate publisher website -allow the publisher in depth control of the ads that appear on their site -process that keeps track of clicks -system that prevents fraudulent clicks -bidding system for keywords -elaborate statistics for advertisers and publishers -Nearly ALL features of other systems such as Overture and Adsense. This website should be a stand alone solution. -Extensive administrator mode of the site that will allow me to control and monitor nearly all aspects of the website. However the site for the most part should be able to run itself You must also understand this project will work about 25% different than that of Adsense or Overture. Therefore you will need to be prepared to carry out many additional project guidelines that will be discussed with the winning bidder. Many of these guidelines will center on database structure. Therefore it essential that you are very confident with handling databases. I want a whole solution not just a script. This means the programmer will need to develop all aspects of this website including an original interface. This interface must be creative and very appealing. The winning bidder must be willing to commit to additional maintenance and expansion work even after the completion of this project for further pay that will be discussed when appropriate. Ideally the website should run a dedicated server with Windows 2003 server. Additionally I would prefer that it is built on primarily Windows/Microsoft technology, however this is not mandatory. The website/script should be capable of potentially integrating with several servers to increase speed and efficiency. I will eventually run this website on whatever dedicated server(s) you decide it will run the best on. The website should be very efficient and be able to handle very large amounts of traffic and ad servering. Standard Script Lance escrow will be used. Full nondisclosure (NDA) applies.
