Description:	I have a project that requires consulting on possible programming language/backend/etc, including Coldfusion, ASP.NET, JAVA, and PHP. I have a detailed project description (15 pages) that the winning bidder will read and respond to in suggesting the pros and cons of potential solutions (for instance, the benefits of using Coldfusion, as well as the negatives). I would like all potential solutions to be assessed according to such pros and cons, and then suggestions made as to a best solution. Bidders should be well versed in multiple programming solutions (especially Java, Coldfusion, and PHP) and be able to explain the benefits and shortcomings of such solutions as relating to the given project.
