used via the web... site will be populating a premade PDF template with the user input and data being stored in a DB. site will have admin screens to administer the site and must run reports to determine and update commisions for users. Please see preliminary requirements and details in the attachment. I am more than willing to take the advice of an experienced programmer/designer on how to handle and create this site against the ideas posted in the requiremnts file. I just need all the requirements fullfilled. This project is for phase I. Phase II will be awarded at a later time. I have many projects for intertested teams now that i am not doing this in house. I will also pay a bonus for early satisfactory completion, but the process must be 100% complete and bug free. More details for the winning developer.
