I need a CMS for an urban music website. The designs have been done in photoshop. I need you to turn them into 100% accessible XHTML/CSS (no tables) and create or install a content management system for the cleint to be able to update the site themselves. Nedd to ba ble to upload text, images and possibly video/audio files. You can either use/modify an existing script like Mambo or you can create your own. Back end can look plain as long as it's easy to use. Please let me know what technology you propose to use (PHP/MySQL, Perl, ASP etc). Additional Info (Added 11/24/2004 at 5:01 EST)... OK - I forgot to mention cost is an issue. I'm not looking for bids in the high hundreds or thousands, so I'm going to re-write the project spec.
