looking for a talented coder that can develop the following software application that is essentially a clone of nichportalbuilder.com with more enhancements and features. I am not sure if it should be done in SQL, MYSQL, or any other database. I am relying on your expetise to direct and guide me for the most efficient script/software program. The application should be available in completed form as a zip file or a completed file that can be uploaded and have the capability to be unzipped for other outsourcing contractors to use. The software should also give me the ability to completely remotely disable it from outside hired contractors once the job is completely and have the ability to re-enable it if needed. The software will mimic two of the more popular directory generating programs on line such Directory Generator and Traffic Equalizer with all the features listed below: Page Generation Module: 1.Have templates i.e., (indextemplate, resultstemplate, sitemaptemplate) or any other template system you can design that can work with most common html editors such as FrontPage. 2.The output must have the ability to produce final html or php out pages as the result. 3.The application should be server based i.e., the directories should have the ability to generate pages right on the server of the website hosting company. 4.Have the ability to generate/import the keywords that the pages will be based upon as a .txt text file 5.Have the ability to generate multiple keyword based pages with code snipes that automatically inserts the keyword where placed on the page as many times as I want as indicated by a snippet of code that I will place on the page. 6.The ability to use SSI on a section of the results template for quick replacement of text and links when needed. 7.The ability for others to add their link to the directory and have me notified when done so. 8.Have the ability to generate multiple unlimited website directories at the same time (10 – 20 or more) with one click and have the software place all the pages within each designated or assigned folders automatically for upload, or created on the server. 9.Generate page results from various data sources such as multiple search engines, rss newsfeeds, and articles from the many popular sources online. 10.Ability to plug in additional data sources with ease. 11.Have the ability to make pages so that no two pages are the same (no two directories will ever be the same, even if they use the same keyword because the sites are randomly shuffled. Best of all its totally template based so you are in total control. 12.The ability to specify how many keyword links that will be generated on the side linking to other pages within the directory or the option to choose none. 13.Ability to have the script produce a sitemap of the pages. 14.The ability to have the “page generated results' randomized from each data source on a single results page in sequential or random order. For instance, when setting up the interface, I should have the ability to select up to 3 or more data sources, and select a news-feed source and have the program randomize the generated results 15.Ability to have the keyword bolded, in a hyperlink, or formatted in any of the standard ways such as “H” headings. 16.Have the ability to turn on or off pop-ups/pop-unders and to specify the size and dimensions of each, i.e, color, size, text. 17.Have the ability to include sponsored link codes, which can be affiliate links and other promotions. 18.The ability to activate or deactivate a user when I choose when I hire outside contractors to make my sites. 19.The ability to have a paid link advertising section like niche portal builder where I can integrate a number of subscriber services such as PayPal or 2checkout and others. Mailer module: The ability to collect email names and addresses and automatically send out an email for each website added to the directory from the generated results that build the directory. I should have the capacity to create email templates that will be mailed out once the results are generated. Additionally, the script should be able to perform the following below: Generate a site modeled after top ranking directory portals... search engines are known to love this format and these sites rank very highly in the search engine results pages. Build unique directories of reciprocal link partners chosen from top-ranking sites based on the keywords I select... no two directories will ever be the same, even if they use the same keyword because the sites are randomly shuffled. Pre-populate the sites with articles that match the theme of the website with quality content site full of articles targeted to the sites interest. Capture the email addresses of top-ranking partners and mail them customized reciprocal link invitations to get high-quality, "authority" links pointing back to the sites. Create a Content Management System that allows article writers to add their content to the websites and update their sites. Build an opt-in list with targeted prospects searching for your keywords where an optional form is inserted on each page that allows visitors to sign up to an opt-in list or newsletter.
