I do not come from a computing background so the professional who takes the project would also have to provide continual support, espicially as updates will be often. Basically we want the site to be as functional as auto trader. It will allow people to register and upload photos, edit details. it will the allow other users to search using various search options relevant to cars such as make, model etc. listings on the site will be free at first but eventually we would like to make a small charge. therfore at some stage later on interfacing with paypal will be considered.
