Programmer needs to be pretty fluent in English and have excellent communication skills! Yahoo.com messenger preferred…– The site is practically finished- however, the site needs to be worked on and cleaned up some. Prefer for programmer to have fast access internet service so as to see changes done in “real-time,” when applicable—but not necessary. The website application has 3 simple parts to it- A part only for the public to view through, a part for affiliates to login with user ID & Password and the last part, being the Administration (Admin) section. To finish the entire website application will consist of the following- •Minor revisions as far as spelling and grammar to certain pages. •Minor changes and revisions to the flash files already on the website. •Minor changes of the layout of certain pages allowing for more room that is necessary only for a handful of certain pages. •Changes to the already existing shopping cart and the entire check out process- which already includes the shipping and handling – and then the method as to which we will be able to process orders received. -- if winning programmer knows of a more beneficial, simple method, recommendations are welcome. •Making and creating automated emails (invoices, sales receipts, etc…) when orders are placed over the internet with credit card showing confirmation/ authorization codes, and also when an individual orders 1 time initial package. •Create optional pages for “print this page for your records” - for the 2 credit card authorizations pages. •Connecting forms found on certain pages to be linked to already created email accounts. •Creating a page and method for webmaster to upload and remove certain files for affiliates (users) to download and use, consisting of PDF Files, Excel & Word Document Files. •Having knowledge in website html codes and website search engine optimization a plus. •Minor text additions to the Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy Files. Webmaster will work with you side by side online when applicable and will check email multiple times a day – and is open to having programmer make user friendly, easy to utilize, more beneficial suggestions to improving the website application as far as shopping cart and processing of orders! I do not want to spend more than a fair price- as I recognize that this project detail is very detailed-the work is not that much! As webmaster, I want to be very clear. Webmaster would like to also establish a LTBR (Long Term Business Relationship) for future work to CHIC project as well as other projects needing to be done! "If you have good knowledge in creating a local computer interface database that can be accessed from the internet as well as any computer built database is installed on: it would be a PLUS...but not necessary for completion of this website."
