We would need it to included the follow - Sign-up system for memberships with our site and development of members area (below) When they log onto our site we would like for them to be able to access the entire site with their user names. Chatrooms, forums, etc., Weight Watchers Message boards clone We want the same type of message board system, you can find the boards listed here: http://www.weightwatchers.com/community/index.aspx Private Messaging System for our members and staff – We’d like one as you see on the PHPBB system or similar. Staff area - post or edit bios, upload a picture or change picture. Select what service(s) they are available for. An area where they can add services with a description and price for each service offered. Add, delete or edit events to calendar (there entries only). Payment history. A tools area they can access or download various tools/programs. View/send private message. Area to check email, view ratings from clients that paid for services. (See weight watcher forums above) My message boards posts – View post they have made in the forums View/send Private Message – Self-explanatory Admin area - ability to email member, staff or both. Add or remove a member or staff member from our site. Modify, edit, or add pages Change precentage of pay schedule per staff member or as whole. Master control of events calendar. Ability to direct form submissions to appropriate staff member. Rating system add/delete or edit ratings. Basic accounting system to keep track of orders. Order number, date of service, clients name, clients email, type of service, amount and staff person who preformed service. Email forwarders to staff members that would show in their private staff area. Rating System for staff services; 5 star rating system and comments on paid services only. Each staff member will have to have there own rating system. Online system - Kasamba like - only staff members that are logged on will show, in order logged on. When client clicks on staff members name, they will connect to reader via the Live Help program (see above) to speak live with our staff member. Once they click to speak to the staff member, indicator for the staff member will switch busy/unavailable status. This system will ONLY show staff members that are logged on and available for service, if a staff member is not logged on they WILL NOT show at all.
