Please model the order form after this order form: http://www.noc4hosts.com/signup.php?id=1 The form will be written in ASP and info will be stored to MS SQL database. We will need several things created: a) The website order form. b)The admin section to edit the info in the pull downs of the order form. c)A page to view all the info that was submitted in the form and gathered from the client info section. The order form will not need to process a payment just gather info and write to the databse and we will manually run the payment.
