We mainly need to be able to track NEW/PENDING and COMPLETED aspects of the ordering process for now. This is the first phase of OVERHAULING our ordering system. We currently only use a FORMMAIL script from the order form, and it is becoming extremely difficult to keep track of the items order by our clients with only email tracking the orders.
