pages to control it. The table name would be Assembly. It would have a productid field, an assemblyid field ,and a parts field that would hold a string of parts for each product. Each item in the sring would be catalogid - qty. The idea is to calculate the parts used for each product and keep track of inventory, average cost etc. The products is an assembly of parts. Bow, cones etc. make up a product. Each product has an associated cost that is averaged from an invoices table. This table needs to be created and have a page to enter the record for each invoice. It would have 7 - 10 fields. This table would have entries of products purchased with an amount, shipping, product id, vendor, vendor part#, etc. A reconcilliation table would be created to track Catalogid, qty, year with a page to enter data to it.
