I need a customized web application built from the ground up. The website is for dating, friends and more. The database should be php & mysql although will consider asp, asp.net, javascript, coldfusion etc.. If hosting prices are not through the roof. The website will allow for: 1. Dating 2. Making friends 3. Rating of users of the site 4. Mail system to send & recieve emails 5. Member & public blogs 6. Member & public bulletin boards 7. Member & public Forums 8. Classifieds, jobs & wanted advertisements 9. Member & public groups 10. Browse Members 11. Friend Requesting & degrees of close friends & new friends 12. Pending friends you have asked to add you to their friend's list 13. Search site contents & members 14. Events posting 15. Games (we have the games ready for the site, java games) 16. All member pages need to be themed such as classifieds must be allowed to be themed similar to an ebay store. 17. An Admin section to control all variables and functions of the site, user aspects, groups, blogs, classifieds, forums, buulletins and a competent CMS system Would appreciate similar modules / scripts premade & ready to implement, although totally open to fast working programmer or programmers to enjoy working on this. We are not looking to escrow this project's worth or to pay anything in advance. We will pay the entire value of this project when it is 100% completed or if agreed to: we will pay 50% of the project's value when 50% of the site is complete ie, 8 - 9 of the above modules completed 100%. The remainder to be paid after the project is completed. The deadline for this project is 1-2 weeks so only professional & expert programmers need apply!
