UNfotunatley, they had some kind of problem and disappeared. I have the last working demo which is close and my tech specs all ready. The demo was programmed in delphi so I know that works. I will not discuss the program until I decide on the winner. All you need to know is the program must be able to do basic dial tone check, and use a basic modem to dial out (does not have to be a voice modem), and detect busy. Please don't tell me it can't be done, I have a working demo. All I need is for someone to unfortunately recreate this demo and finish it to my specs. If you know delphi or similar and can get familar with basic modem commands you can do this project in 2 days probably. I have URLs for modem specs and sample code as well as very clear specs. Bid must be under $40 and less than 5 days for delivery of working program AND FULL SOURCE CODE with FULL RIGHTS. A simple working demo with dialtone check, dial, and busy check will get me to look closely at you. This program is very small and does not have any wild features. Please don't try to wow me.
