Hello I want an application similar to maxivista dot com but with some enhancements It's basically an app that allows you to use the monitor of another computer as if it was attached locally so you can extend your windows desktop onto it (via a network) + features like keyboard/mouse/clipboard sharing. Download the demo or read the FAQ on their site for all the details. It's not an easy job and the system consists of a few parts: -the server -a virtual video driver to simulate the extra monitor on the server -the client Fortunately much of the code is already written and you can inspire yourself from open-source products like -tightvnc (client/server display sharing) -synergy (client/server mouse/keybord/clipboard sharing) -http://www.codeproject.com/KB/system/driverdev6asp.aspx (virtual video driver) What I would like to add is: -WindowsVista support -DirectX (software emulation) support in the driver. There might be some code in the 2003 DDK to help on this. If you want to take a different approach to create this program, I'm open to suggestions Everything must be coded in Visual Studio .NET. Code must be clear, easy to mentain and bug-free! Before bidding: -make sure you understand the problem -make sure you know what `DDK` means -make sure you have a solution which you can implement in a timely manner -send a PM with the outline of your solution and proof that you have the skills necessary to complete the job + which of the additions I want can you implement (and how). Deliverables: -complete and fully-functional working programs in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. -all deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
